Hosting ($1 first month): https://rocket.net/. Source: 10 months ago
I'm using rocket.net which seem pretty good so far. Source: 11 months ago
And the cloudflare integration of rocket.net is just faster see Tom Dupuis Post (the guy you mentioned earlier): https://onlinemediamasters.com/rocket-net-vs-cloudways/. Source: about 1 year ago
I think Rocket.net is a bit ahead of cloudways. Their cloudflare enterprise integration is a bit better and cheaper for the user (both APO and Agro Smart Routing is included in the price). Tom Dupuis, the guy you quoted switched from cloudways to rocket.net and has a lot of in depth blog posts up comparing both. Source: about 1 year ago
Does NixiHost have litespeed? I saw that I can get a semi dedicated service that is cheaper then rocket.net (luckily I'm on 1$ trial period)... Source: about 1 year ago
