Check for facilities positions at places. The work is mostly maintenance like repairs and electrical stuff. You could also talk to a job recruiting firm like Robert Half(http://roberthalf.com). My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
