Pimeyes is really good, but you have to pay to reveal the deets. I've used it before and then used facecheck/tineye/Google to hunt down the partial images Pimeyes gave me. Source: 11 months ago

I'm 90% sure that it is him. He's been known to have alt accounts on twitter before. This Keiko woman doesn't have that much proof of existing (search her picture on https://pimeyes.com/en to see for yourself). People on Tate-related discord servers have all thought of this too.
