I've recently started to consider the different ways to make money using my knowledge of english and I found out that I can have a job as a subtitler/captioner, the only problem being that I need to send a video of me speaking in english and you may ask what's the problem with that, well I'm 15 and I'm supposed to be at least 18 to work as a subtitler on this website (rev.com if anyone cares) . Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough. One of the features is that you can "highlight" chunks of text, and have it spit out an XML that will have a sequence containing only the highlighted text. Source: about 1 year ago
