I know everyone has their opinions about using paid emulators, but I bought a copy of RetroX on a black friday or Christmas sale or something like that several years ago for my shield and I'm very happy with it. I map an NFS share off my fileserver that holds all my roms, and I use a bluetooth xbone controller with it and have very few, if any, problems. Source: over 1 year ago

How to open folder game
I downloaded a rom for TLoZ: The Wind Waker HD, or at least I tried to. I was looking for a European rom, but it took me several hours to find any rom at all.
