  I'm in no position to give advice but I felt that having a good CV and people skills definitely helped me. I used resume.io for my CV and cover letter, and can definitely recommend it.   Webflow is a bit more complex but once you understand how the elements stack and interact it gets easier, like any software it can be a little bit overwhelming. Webflow has webflow university which will answer pretty much any question you have from a google search. They also have a very active discord server with helpers.
