ResQ is a Slack app that facilitate communication and incident responses all through incident channels. After the incident is over, engineers perform postmortems (retrospectives) using the web dashboard to ensure lessons are learned.

Managers and stakeholders also have insight on current and past incidents via the ResQ web dashboard. Data from ResQ can be used to improve your company's DORA metrics. ​
