  • Faux 5.1 for museum exhibit - Surround Mix to separate stereo audio files
Ah I hadn't realised it was mac-specific... On a forum I just looked at someone recommended Resonic - so maybe try that? I wouldn't be able to tell you if it does the exact same job until I'd tried it myself. Source: over 1 year ago
  • XLN Audio Black Friday Sale - 50% off site wide including "XO" ($65) "RC-20 Retro Color" ($49) "DS-10 Drum Shaper" ($25) "Addictive Trigger" ($74.97) through 30 November
If you get loose samples then you can move them directly into the library folders. I suggest creating an "incoming" sample folder. Audition samples with something like Resonic and delete the garbage, keep the gold. Storage isn't as big a deal as it used to be but you do not want to keep garbage around since it's clutter that slows everything down. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How do you manage your sounds - is there software for managing sound database?
I suggest using https://resonic.at/ as it provides extremely fast browsing and playback. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • How do you manage your sounds - is there software for managing sound database?
Https://resonic.at is the best at finding things, unparalleled speed, and can also organize things and slice samples. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • How do you keep your samples organized?
I use Resonic Player: https://resonic.at/ Really good manager however, I don't think it supports tagging. Source: about 2 years ago

  • Music Library Question
When it comes to giving your client music options, do you subscribe to websites like artlist.io and shoulder the cost in order to have access? Or do you pass that cost along to your client? Source: 5 months ago
  • Missing Audio Tracks
I created a video with a song I downloaded from artlist.io, the audio track rendered fine. The track plays on the mp4 file on my PC, however when I upload it to YouTube, the track is missing. All other audio works fine, just the music track is gone. There is no copyright claim, nothing, the track is just not there. I have a license to use music off artlist.io, am I doing something wrong? What is going on? Source: 9 months ago
  • Year Walking
This is my first attempt to make an AI video. Used Runway with my own photo series “Year Walking”(shot in Norway) as reference for the art direction. Music is by Alon Peretz licensed on Artlist Cut and color graded with Da Vinci Reaolve. Source: 9 months ago
  • Best places for sound effects
I pay for a artlist.io subscription. Music + sound effects. Source: 11 months ago
  • Where do i begin?
Hey! Just start with making some cuts, press cmd+K in premiere pro and start putting together the highlight roll. Add a music sound track from something like artlist.io or pixabay.com. Then just export it as an mp4 and post! Source: 11 months ago
