  • Looking for an Article - Social Representations
I managed to download it from researchgate.net. Send me a DM if you want me to send you the PDF. Source: 11 months ago
  • Numismatic reference works
Academia.edu, researchgate.net, surprising amount of stuff out there. Hopefully you have. A library or institution to help you gain access if PDF not freely available. Source: 12 months ago
  • Proof of life on Mars?
Also, their assertions about publications are kinda hinky. I note that the "published articles" they cite are all links to researchgate.net rather than the actual journals, and the one DOI I tried didn't work, for a paper supposedly published in January. Google Scholar also has no record of that paper (Fossils on Mars? A “Cambrian Explosion” and “Burgess Shale” in Gale Crater?) other than the researchgate link. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Less known cause of RLS - my personal story
So I looked around and pubmed didn't offer anything interesting though I found something on researchgate.net. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Research
Check out researchgate.net. Madami dun and mostly free to access. Source: about 1 year ago

Try the website connectedpapers.com. You can put in the paper you have, and it’ll show all related papers (either ones that the article cited, or ones that cited your article). Source: 12 months ago
  • "big names" in area of interest
If you're in an area that regularly uploads preprints on arxiv.org, there's always resources like connectedpapers.com that gives you association graphs based on citations for different papers. You can generally locate a field's "big names" in this way by simply noting which ones come up most often at higher-degreed nodes. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Is web scraping an effective research tool?
I use web scraping as a research tool, but not to build a bibliography. Tools like Google Scholar, elicit.org, and connectedpapers.com are much more effective tools to find useful papers. Source: over 1 year ago
