I use https://reroll.co, since it has pixel art I can assign to items and deck my character out to look like a badass with what I've looted. Takes some work to import all the non SRD stuff but it works great! Plus it's only a cheap single purchase that gets cheaper per code for each copy you get at once. I have an in-person campaign, but I actually use Talespire for the maps and visuals, by having a tv in the room with us with a computer hooked up. I use the site Tales Tavern to get a majority of my maps, and then spend anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours editing it to my liking.
