People who are specifically looking to sublease generally mean they want to lease for less than a year, but that's not the colloquial meaning. So - you mention two others. What, exactly, are you looking for? A unit to rent? Then there's no need to go specifically seeking out a sublease (which is going to be tricky for 3 people anyway) and just visit rentler.com or see what the search results are yielding. Obviously I'm talking about a company that goes beyond what a property manager does. I'm talking about something like Arrived Homes (https://arrived.com/) that can split the inherited property into shares and "buy out" any partial owner that wants out. Then the partial owners who want to keep the property can share in the rental profits. Source: 10 months ago

Has anyone heard of this company? I just found out about it but its called Arrived. So far, they mostly seem to be dealing with properties in the Midwest and South. But they have been inching west with properties in Arizona. They even had a property in Joshua Tree not too long ago. Source: over 1 year ago
