I've never personally used online lenders before, typically from what I've heard they can be hit or miss in how long they take to refinance. The two companies I've heard of are better.com and rocketmortgage.com. Both seem to have rates published on their website based on your zip code and terms that you want on the loan, and you can call in during normal business hours to get a more personalized estimate based on...
