  I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing. I've also checked sites such as https://remoteok.com but they're charging ~500$ just to post a job which is an expenditure that at this stage I can't afford, specially because it doesn't guarantee anything.On a side note, something that really triggered...   Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough. One of the features is that you can "highlight" chunks of text, and have it spit out an XML that will have a sequence containing only the highlighted text. Source: about 1 year ago
