  I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing. In general though for me personal at least I'm more interested in the quality of a company vs the valuation. It always fluctuates and if a great company is over valued I put it on a watch list.
