I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing. I've also checked sites such as https://remoteok.com but they're charging ~500$ just to post a job which is an expenditure that at this stage I can't afford, specially because it doesn't guarantee anything. On a side note, something that really triggered... No hate, im actually interested in building a site like this too or partnering up with someone but how is your site different than https://remoteok.com/? Source: 10 months ago
Just start looking for something new asap. I can recommend weworkremotely.com and dynamitejobs.com but there's plenty of other sites like those as well. Check weworkemotely.com and dynamitejobs.com more often :D I know customer support remote roles are SUPER competitive, been there a year ago. Seems like listings went down over the Holidays, but the sites usually offer quite the variety if you check once a week or so. There are quite a lot more remote-sites as well. Source: over 1 year ago
Also I bookmarked these two sites someone else posted a few weeks ago https://dynamitejobs.com and https://weworkremotely.com. Source: over 1 year ago
