    I would say the only and not even that expensive way for flight is Turkish airlines or Pegasus airlines from Ankara to Vienna (I personally prefer TA, but chose based on price). Buses from Vienna airport to Bratislava are going on regular basis, you can buy tickets here, here or here. Source: about 2 years ago

    Best way to get to Brno is to fly to either Vienna or Prague and from there take either bus (if coming from Vienna) or train (if coming from Prague). I have good experience with RegioJet transport company which operates both of these lines. Bus is bit more expensive but a bit faster so it really depends on your preference and more importantly on which destination airport is more convenient for you. Source: about 2 years ago
