I would say the only and not even that expensive way for flight is Turkish airlines or Pegasus airlines from Ankara to Vienna (I personally prefer TA, but chose based on price). Best way to get to Brno is to fly to either Vienna or Prague and from there take either bus (if coming from Vienna) or train (if coming from Prague). I have good experience with RegioJet transport company which operates both of these lines. Bus is bit more expensive but a bit faster so it really depends on your preference and more importantly on which destination airport is more convenient for you. Source: about 2 years ago

France from London is easy by Eurostar; best to go to their own website eurostar.com/ Paris is a simple journey from London St Pancras International. The rest of France is also efficently served by train but obviously the distance from Paris adds to journey time.
