Spotify changed their link format for a subset of users yesterday. If you're trying to submit a song link that looks like https://spotify.link/...., then you are one of those users. This new format is now supported on the web app at https://app.musicleague.com. Firefox has its own "Enhanced Tracking Protection", Which is eclipsed by pretty much any specialized content blocker (such as uBlock Origin).
