Another option for this is to use a “redacted” font like https://github.com/christiannaths/redacted-font I can't find it ATM, but I used to have a bookmarklet that added one of these at the top level and to the start of any list of fonts in other page styles (or removed its edits when run a second time, to revert the page). US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue.
