Jobs which "price out" at <250 points are free, which is intended to help you learn the service on a small-scale before paying, but ends up covering many small recreational jobs fully. The costs over 250 points are very reasonable. For my use, I've actually bought a package of points from them even through every single one of my runs so far has been under 250...
