I like https://realplans.com/ it is a pay service, but you can start with a base diet there is a low carb one, and then add and subtract specific foods you like or don't like or want to avoid. From there it will generate a meal plan for you with a shopping list. It also has an app which works well for the shopping list. Real Plans is a meal planning website - I believe you have to pay, BUT you can plug in foods you have to avoid, ingredients you have on hand, and it will generate recipes for you. You could do it briefly while you adjust and cancel the membership if you want! Source: almost 3 years ago
