As for realgeeks.com my brokerage uses them and I have a professional webpage with them under my brokerage. I swear by Landglide. It is a great app for Android and iOS and has remarkable detail and quick & easy to use. It is $9.99/mo or $99/year which some might think is steep for an app. But the time it has saved me and the help it has given is worth every cent.
