Readwise InoreaderI imported my kindle highlights, as many others. Now I daily review some highlights (thanks to a dashboard, I am motivated). And where I didn't create highlights, as I only listened to the audiobooks, I get the highlights from others. It also allows to create beautiful quotes. It adds the book cover and matches quote and background with colours found on the book title! Really nice!
Based on our record, Readwise should be more popular than Inoreader. It has been mentiond 81 times since March 2021. I'm between apps at the moment! I would have used Notion except it wasn't possible to use the app on an e-ink screen. I need an app I can compose a synopsis on at the same time as export Kindle highlights to using https://readwise.io/, which narrows the options. I'm looking at Logseq at the moment. Very much agree that Pocket has gotten worse as I've used it over the years. It's so bad I've mostly moved to the much better Readwise (https://readwise.io/). I'd be fully over if they actually supported a decent export (see below). It's sad because I'm probably in the 99th percentile of Pocket users in terms of usage and am happily paying them for Premium. I tend to read highlight and annotate using a Kindle, and subscribe to https://readwise.io/ to transfer my notes to the web. I would like to have the workflow to be able to write up summaries of books, if only for my own reference. At the moment reading my notes is like reading a book in itself. Source: 10 months ago
Some of the things I am doing include highlighting using a Kindle, and with a subscription to https://readwise.io/ downloading those highlights to my laptop. It's possible to automatically orgnanise them into chapters and sections. Source: 10 months ago

Were can I set in inoreader.com settings so that the articles opens in normal web browser tab and not the light version of the article? Ive been checking the settings but cannot find any settings to change this. (Feedly calls this option "open in website directly"). Source: 10 months ago

I've Inoreader subscription for several years. It is not specific to Mac, though. But it has been particularly valuable for me with their server-side filters and deduplication. Recently, they added Newsletter subscriptions and website subscriptions for sites which don't offer RSS feeds. Pretty nifty if you need them. Source: 12 months ago
Was using Feedly but it stopped working a couple years ago. Now I use inoreader - it has a nice interface on both web and in the app, and you can follow more than just RSS (customizable keyword searches) in the paid version. Source: about 1 year ago
No ability to customize font-size, and it's waaaaay too big for me on all platforms. This results in tons more scrolling that what's needed with Raindrop and Inoreader <-- major dealbreaker for me. Source: over 1 year ago
