Its like the old StumbleUpon but aimed at popular / news websites. https://webshuffle.mickschroeder.com/ I create a bookmark directly to the redirect page which lets me shuffle to random websites right from my bookmark toolbar. (1) Technically, I think that site works by identifying itself as the Google webcrawler and seeing the full-text version that many sites would like to have indexed.
