• The streaming app and xfinity.com/stream both say "your plan doesn't include any channels," but it does. I can still watch TV through my cable box.

  The Xfinity stream app on my TCL Roku TV stopped letting me watch TV a couple of days ago. It says "your plan doesn't include any channels" and gives me an error code of TVAPP-00500. Trying to watch TV online through xfinity.com/stream on my laptop also says "your plan doesn't include any channels" but gives no error code. Using my cable box input on my TV still works fine. • Xfinity Stream app not working. I'm at the beach and the house has no cable plan. I downloaded the stream app and signed in thinking I could use it then but it won't let me access any channels. It says I have to be connected to my in home wifi. The app on my phone lets me watch everything though. ?

  Easiest way around it is if you hook up a laptop via HDMI cable to your tv go to xfinity.com/stream and log into the account that has the cable package service and you'll be able to watch any previously recorded DVR recordings and the TV GO channels while you are away from home. It's what I do with any vacation when I stay at a hotel. Source: almost 2 years ago

• NFL Network not working with Xfinity Stream via a browser on PC

  Is anyone else having this problem? All channels I've tried working except NFL network when accessing xfinity.com/stream. This worked fine last weekend, just started having a problem Sunday. The stream starts out normally, but after about a minute, becomes extremely pixilated and un-viewable. The audio still comes through fine. • Digital Preferred Channel List is missing from Xfinity Stream

  I'm a Digital Preferred customer, I only access channel from Xfinity Stream and am only able to see about 78 channels on the list, some that are missing are USA Network, PBS, etc. The 6 support reps I've talked to over the last 2 days don't know how to fix this and keep telling me it will be resolved in one hour.
