What a lot of teams in my company do is have a less formal part (more like brainstorming) done with Quip (https://quip.com/) before having the more formal part in Amazon WorkDocs (https://aws.amazon.com/workdocs/... Disclaimer, I work for Amazon). There are service like this one. https://saucelabs.com/ is one. There used to be browser plugins to simulate a different browser. But as we found out over time: simulates devices aren't true to the real thing, so often you'll just simply run into problems in the simulated device ce that don't occur on the real device, or vice versa.
