When talking about open source tools, here are some: KiCad may be used as a schematic entry tool for ngspice, especially for discrete or PCB-based electronics. You may watch several simulation examples (including oscillators) here: https://forum.kicad.info/t/simulation-examples-for-kicad-eeschema-ngspice/34443. KiCad integrates ngspice internally, but may also provide external ngspice with netlists for simulation.... - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Https://ra3xdh.github.io It's only missing a solid components library like LTSpice has. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
You should consider using qucs-s https://ra3xdh.github.io/ a fully open-source fork of qucs still currently maintained and improved. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Https://ra3xdh.github.io/ (QUCS-S - seems to be active). Source: 12 months ago
Https://ra3xdh.github.io It's still missing a comprehensive component library like LTspice does, though. KiCad can also simulate circuits through NGSpice, but it's missing a library and suffers from a lot of quirks. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
When I first opened the page, I thought this was just a knockoff of the "Digital Logic Sim" by Sebastian Lague [1], but watching the video, I was impressed by how much deeper this actually went. So I bought it! Hopefully I get some time in the near future to play around with it. 1: https://sebastian.itch.io/digital-logic-sim. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
An other one that looks nice with some cool features from Sebastian Lague is here: https://sebastian.itch.io/digital-logic-sim. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
You are right, there are some problems😅 I got the idea from this program I know this has nothing to do with Factorio but I see some connection: in this program you are making electrical chips. Each chip has its inputs and outputs and then you can use the chip you make in other chips to make more complicated ones. It's kinda similar to factorio blueprints, they too, have inputs and outputs, and (theoretically with... Source: about 1 year ago
