Qube Money is a fintech startup company located at the base of silicon slopes in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Qube Money’s new app combines its digital cash envelope budgeting method with a full banking suite. This unique banking experience puts intention at the core of each transaction making it easy for Americans to make purposeful decisions about their budgets in real-time.

The app modernizes the outdated envelope budgeting system of previous generations by digitizing budgets into “qubes”. Consumers then set limits for different qube budgets, like groceries, clothing, and entertainment.

A physical Qube Money debit card gives shoppers access to their pre-budgeted qube funds. This unique budgeting app helps consumers avoid overspending. When money in a qube is insufficient, shoppers are empowered to make in-the-moment budgeting choices about a purchase.

The app is engineered to support a variety of budgeting dynamics in the household. Couples can choose Qube Companion Cards to strengthen financial transparency and keep open communication about shared budgets. Qube Money also offers an effective tool for families to track spending across different family members. With the help of Kid Cards, parents and children learn about responsible spending habits together.

Qube Money will be available to qualifying customers in the U.S. To learn more about the innovative app, visit the Qube Money website.

  1. Life changing app

Qube Money is the first app that has become my primary banking and budgeting app all in one place! I may be a little bias because I work for the company, but seriously, it's an incredible app.

Cons: The fact that you are unable to use your Qube Money debit card if you do not have your phone available could be problematic. Qube Money recommends taking a separate pay card to alleviate this concern.

11 Best Quicken Alternatives in 2021 (#1 is Free)
For those Dave Ramsey founds out there, EveryDollar may be a good substitute for Intuit’s Quicken. Now the first thing to point out is that EveryDollar ain’t cheap. After a 14-day trial, you’ll pay $129.99 a year. If you want to try it for just 3 months, it will cost $59.99. For this reason, it’s not high on my list. Still, I know that some folks are passionate about...

The Best Personal Finance Budget Software with Apps (In 2020)
Creating the budget is the easiest part. From there, it is up to you to input all of your transactions manually. (EveryDollar Plus, which costs $129 per year, will automatically import transactions for you.) There are both iPhone and Android apps available to make inputting transactions simple while you are out and about. One common complaint about EveryDollar is that it...

  • Why Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile Want to Access Your Bank Account
It is not clear in the article who will keep debit cards as accepted forms of payment. At least for mobile providers who will still offer debit for payment in the future, you do not have to provide your bank account number. Though you do lose out on credit card benefits like points/rewards and the ease of disputing charges. For those whose mobile providers will switch to only using bank account numbers for... - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago

  • Qube Money
Has anyone heard of Qube Money? I have been a YNAB user for 7-8 years but this bank/budget has peaked my interest. The main pain point with YNAB is entering transactions manually or trying to get auto import to work which rarely does. Qube automatically does this because it is the bank and the budget connected. Anyone has experience with this ? Why or why. not? Source: over 1 year ago

  • Out of Veterinary School will be 300-400k in debt
Along the way, I've used both mint.com & everydollar.com as free budgeting platforms. The former will track all of your non-cash transactions in a single location while the former allows to-the-penny budgeting. You can pay for Everydollar to auto-track your bank transactions, but DR has some major beef with American Express, so you can't link an AmEx account to it. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Trying to figure out how to fix my situation.
So get an online app that tracks every income and expense, I myself use the free app everydollar.com but there are others too. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What to do for TSP?
You need to put together a monthly budget in order to get over the fear of "not having enough money left over at the end of the month" I use everydollar.com, its free and works great. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I made a Budget Tracker because I'm moving out for the first time. Critique my spreadsheet and proposed budget. Feel free to make copy for yourself.
I use everydollar.com to budget as a free account. Source: about 2 years ago
  • How do you organize your finances/future plans if you don't have kids and you don't want any?
I get no commissions for this, but I've been using everydollar.com for years now to help with budgeting and I highly recommend it! Doesn't make the discipline to keep to a budget any easier, but it's helpful to see percentages of where my money is going (50% is on housing rn *sigh*). Source: about 2 years ago
