  Usually codes should be redeemable via the Bethesda account (https://quake.bethesda.net/en) or the Steam library. But unfortunately I have no idea what kind of account you get with Game Pass.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
