Goodreads.com allows you to browse recent releases. They have lists of books and a bit of code that can link you from one book to other similar books. You can use a site like goodreads.com to make a note of the ones you've read, and give them ratings. You might also keep a journal, so you have it for yourself, on paper. Source: 11 months ago
