About tabs, since Windows 7 I use tabs in the file explorer thanks to Qttabbar. Qttabbar tabs are customizable and more useful than native tabs. I had to use vivetool to permanently disable native tabs, and instead I use Qttabbar tabs. You can download tab skins within Qttabbar or you can create your own tabs. I would say go to an ophthalmologist that specializes in dry eye. Why? If you nip this sucker in the bud you won't have worse problems in the future. If you are looking for "natural methods" to fix dry eye then yes if it is mild dry eye likely the symptoms can be treated. By natural I mean things you can stop doing like spending a lot of time looking at computer screens or smart phone screens.
