I used qr-code-generator.com to create one that I print on the back of business cards that takes people to a page of links on my website, but a photographer friend of mine has one on his iPhone's lock screen that does the same thing to a linktree. I work for a SAAS recurring billing platform, chargeover.com from my experience you do not need to send them an invoice. If they agree to terms when they signup you could just run a payment against their card on file and send them a payment receipt.
