  1. Comprehensive app, from property management to accounting and tax management

    Qlower is a one stop shop for private landlords. Once properties filled-in and bank account connected, Qlower monitors incoming rents, generates rental agreements and receipts every month. But Qlower also generates tax reports, whatever the tax regime (in France only today). Property management, accounting and tax all in one.

    We're trying to buy a first property and although we feel like we have some intuitive sense of the local market based on reading the news, I'd really prefer to have hard data to look at and be able to compare by zip code and property types.
