Comprehensive app, from property management to accounting and tax management
Qlower is a one stop shop for private landlords. Once properties filled-in and bank account connected, Qlower monitors incoming rents, generates rental agreements and receipts every month. But Qlower also generates tax reports, whatever the tax regime (in France only today). Property management, accounting and tax all in one.

I'm talking about something like Arrived Homes (https://arrived.com/) that can split the inherited property into shares and "buy out" any partial owner that wants out. Has anyone heard of this company? I just found out about it but its called Arrived. So far, they mostly seem to be dealing with properties in the Midwest and South.
