I was downloading the installer for windows and once it finished, it said "Download failed virus detected" and the file disappeared from my pc

Proton VPN is free, but it doesn't let you torrent. I often use webtor.io which will torrent files for me, and then I can direct download from there. seedr.cc is also a good website for it.
