I personally use Qalculate (https://qalculate.github.io/), specifically their CLI version for this purpose. I'm not sure how well it compares to GNU Units, but it works well enough for my needs; and it's fairly simple using English-like syntax. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago

If you want advice on getting over choice paralysis, narrow down the titles and plug them into this thing and just choose whichever one it lands on. Source: 12 months ago
And Baldur's Gate 3 and Starfield is out in a month - on top of any live service games you play. I think OW2's pve missions and new hero is in like 1 month, D4 s1 is in a few weeks, WoW's next patch is soon. Its pretty overwhelming tbh. I unironically use this website, enter in all the game names and spin it to have it pick for me, or I just get paralyzed by choice. Source: 12 months ago
