Went through a period of having trouble getting to sleep and then waking up in the middle of the night feeling very stressed. This helped me get to sleep and helped me get back to sleep. You should tell this psych, if you decide to keep them, that the side effects from the meds are too strong and you do not like them.   Doctor On Demand App is a telehealth provider that accepts Tricare and they treat anything from a cold to seeing a mental health professional. My experience with them so far has been amazing.
