I hate to plan my meals and go grocery shopping. What’s saved me is getting a meal kit service. I get four meals with two servings for $95 a week. That takes care of dinner and some lunches. I still order pantry staples and breakfast food from the grocery store every other week. With a meal kit I do not have to put in effort planning, have zero food waste, and a variety of cuisines. That's great from the driver's point-of-view no doubt there but its not from a customer's point-of-view, it's as easy as just go to doordash.com and it'll say that you can order food and get it delivered, in the process you can leave a tip for the driver, it says nothing about having to do calculations to cover a driver's time, gas, etc, let me quote that for you:. When you see areas like this, go to doordash.com type in an address in the area (it can be an address to a tacobell etc) and look at the merchants avail for delivery because most time no one is open and dd just wants someone 'on call' in case there might be a chance of an order. Usually the more areas you see, the lack of customers exist. Busy means not busy. Source: about 1 year ago
