A few free/open source aggregator/dashboarding tools exist, but each seems to have their own niche. I guess not surprising since so many different teams (especially in the private sector) can have such varied priorities. ORKL is new and focuses on finished intel/TTPs/malware analysis, Pulsedive is especially good for IOCs, I've heard positive things about OpenCTI for a mix of use cases but my impression is...
