The only thing that has worked for me so far is Psiphon VPN (https://psiphon.ca/), which has allowed me to access the normally blocked websites. What about ThinStation? That can apparently bootstrap enough components to talk to Citrix, Redhat, Windows, VMWare Horizon, etc... Apparently even telnet, VMS and SSH if you're feeling really nostalgic. Source: almost 2 years ago
