  1. A great product made by a great team

Protonmail is the best secure email solution period, other products in the suite such as ProtonVPN and hopefully soon Drive and Calendar will finally make it the perfect Gsuite alternative.

10 Best Alternatives to Microsoft Outlook to Try in 2023
It's hard to find a more trustworthy email service provider than ProtonMail. It's built for people who want to be sure that no one is accessing their data, and that's where it clearly comes out ahead compared to Outlook, which is owned by Microsoft. But when choosing ProtonMail, you may miss some of the key features and integrations offered by Microsoft and its line of apps.

With ProtonMail, your email is even protected from ProtonMail. Your data is stored using zero-access encryption, so ProtonMail itself doesn’t know your password and can’t decrypt your emails.

ProtonMail Compares Apple to Mafia, Says App Was Forced Into In-App Purchases in 2018
Apple apparently told ProtonMail "out of the blue" that it was required to add an in-app purchase option to stay in the ‌App Store‌. Similar to the situations with HEY and Wordpress earlier this year, ProtonMail had a mention of paid plans in the app, which prompted Apple to ask for the same subscription options to be offered via in-app purchase.

  • Email username
You might want to consider getting a domain name of your own and then get email hosting which will allow you to set up your email in the way you want. If you don't want to have to manage and pay for domain name and email hosting, you may try premium email services like Space Email, Proton Mail etc. With then you'll definitely be able to get a username/email address of your choice. • How to Force Current Session Logout - Answered
I closed all Proton Mail tabs and navigated to protonmail.com and a cleared out login area was shown. Without checking the "keep me logged in", I entered my credentials and was prompted for my 2FA info. I entered that and it worked. Source: 7 months ago

  • Are there plans to get rid of Crossbox in the future?
Crossbox is good but I'm just interested in any white label ability for the webmail interface. I used to use everyone.net back during the turn of the century and I am used to having the white label features they had as default on their service. Source: 11 months ago
  • Webhost snafu - how to not lose my domain?
I have webhosting for my domain through everyone.net. As near as I can tell, what happened was they got bought out a year ago and transitioned all of their users to their new system. My primary email was on an old email I don't have access to anymore - I was younger and more foolish so I was using a work email from a job I left like 15 years ago. There was a billing issue and the domain was locked out. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What happened to everyone.net?
Anyone know what's happening to everyone.net? We got an email a week ago that they're being acquired by Hostopia. As things develop, we find out this is happening wicked fast (like 3-4 weeks from now for "hundreds of resellers and hundreds of thousands of email accounts" to be moved). Nobody seems to want to answer the elephant-in-the-room question of what happened to make this happen so fast. Source: over 2 years ago
