We have used many tools in our marketing business: starting from Trello to Asana and many others. Those aren't bad, but once we started using ProofHub.. our team culture just changed for good. Like, build in communication tools, to kanban boards to time trackers allowed us to work on multiple projects without worrying about getting more upsells. Isn't that great? If you're particularly keen go onto some of the prep courses there are out there. wall street prep is one, there are other PE prep courses hawked on here for as little as 10 bucks.
