   Straightforward

   I used Fiverr Business to hire an animation artist for employee avatars and was really satisfied both with the turn around time and the feedback taken into consideration. Fiverr Business allows me to save gigs so my coworkers can see which freelancers we should work with again. We will be using this internally.

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Quick response time|Free to sign up|Great for collaboration

   👎 Cons:    If you don't respond within 2 days project is automatically approved|Needed to supply very in depth brief for the freelancer to get it exactly how i wanted

  Before making a large commitment, I'd try out programming, and see if it is something you enjoy and have an aptitude for. There's a large number of online resources for it.   That being said, I would recommend you at least learn some basic programming on your own first, just to confirm it’s something you enjoy and have the aptitude for.
