However if you're hoping to do this just for a few images then there are some very low cost apps (often free if you plan it right) which use Stable Diffusion and Dreambooth in the background to produce the personalised images.   It's been a really long time since I last used it, but I believe that you can do this with Yawcam. Some configuration might be needed, and when I used it, I think I used it as mjpeg, not h264, but BI should still be able to support that. Source: about 3 years ago
