However if you're hoping to do this just for a few images then there are some very low cost apps (often free if you plan it right) which use Stable Diffusion and Dreambooth in the background to produce the personalised images.   If you want something more specific for client proofing, Picflow is AWESOME for this. It allows clients to draw and comment on photos to more specifically show you want they want fixed.
