  No engineering here, just smoke & mirrors! This is a set of mockups stitched together with Principle into a prototype that runs on my iPad.   May not be exactly what you wanted, but setpose.com has a posable model - if you look to the right on the model screen, there is an option to change from standard human model to 2 different anime models. You can alter body proportions, too. Source: over 1 year ago
