The things that made it easy for me during my initial appointment was telling the doctor that I use it for migraines and that I had a lot of relief using it when I lived in Colorado. It was a super easy appointment that probably took 10 minutes the first time and maybe 5 minutes when I renewed. After the appointment they emailed me the form I needed pretty quick.
