In simple terms, You do a waitlist landing page with your idea and then ask people to signup if they are interested in it, then if people are signing up that means that your idea has some sort of validation, and you can go ahead with product building based on the user feedbacks. Supabase is very easy to implement with Next.js and I don't think there are any pitfalls using it. I have used it in one of my projects (prelaunchers.xyz) and I am impressed. There are services such as https://betafamily.com/ if you don't have in-house testers. Having in-house people "go through the whole app and look for bugs" sounds like a nightmare, and I'm not surprised it's hard to get people to do it. I recommend that each task has well defined acceptance criteria, and you have someone who did not work on the task run a compiled build of the app and confirm that the build...
