I have to say that I own these too. The Female one is awful But the Male one is pretty useful. It is heavily Anime stylized But male one Works. As for the female one... It is honestly pretty useless, if someone learns a human structure throught this mannequin, im giving them a prize. The best way I like to get better a poses is to warm up with line of action. Then ill find poses with pose tool. You can find most poses for free there but if its not quite at the right angle I use it in tandem with pose my art where you can make a 3D model of the pose.
