Pinggy.io Reviews

Best ngrok alternatives for localhost tunnels
Pinggy.io is a tunneling tool that gives a public address to access your localhost, even while sitting behind a NAT or a firewall โ€“ all this in a single command. Without downloading anything, the pinggy command gives users access to your website / app hosted in localhost without configuring the cloud, or any port forwarding, or DNS, or VPN.

I have a personal computer in the Jio Network at my home and I want to access it using ssh from another network. Today morning we found out that the primary domain we use for https://pinggy.io tunnels, that is pinggy.online got into "serverHold" state. We did not get any prior communication from our domain registrar Porkbun. We emailed them but their turn around time seemed unacceptable for such a severe incident. I am building Pinggy (https://pinggy.io) which is a tunnelling tool similar to Ngrok. But unlike Ngrok and its alternatives, you do not need to download it to use it. You can start an HTTP tunnel to localhost and selfhost any app by using this command:
        ssh -p 443 -R0:localhost:8000 a.pinggy.io.
