Pomy VS EasyRes

I have the same issue. Sort of. Once I start checking any social media, I go down a rabbit hole of hours spent on various platforms. The one thing that has helped me is a timer, as odd as it sounds. I try to only do social media on my laptop and not my phone. That helps. And then on my laptop I use the free desktop app Pomy. Pro Tip: Install EasyRes (free) and change your monitor to the x1 setting for the resolution you wish to run in the game. Makes a huge difference to the number of pixels you're pushing, but the game looks exactly the same. Source: about 2 years ago
